InCharacter is a pre-launch site. There is no product to buy or use yet — only a waitlist. These terms cover what this site is, and what joining the waitlist does and doesn't promise. Plain language, because there isn't much to it.

## What this is

This site describes a product we're still building and lets you leave an email so we can tell you when it's ready. Everything here is a description of intent, not a commitment to deliver any specific feature, on any specific date, or at all.

## Joining the waitlist

When you submit your email, you're asking to be notified at launch — nothing more. It does not reserve a place, a price, or access, and it creates no account. You can leave at any time by writing to [privacy@incharacter.app](mailto:privacy@incharacter.app). How we handle that address is covered in the [Privacy Policy](https://incharacter.app/privacy).

## The site as-is

We offer this site as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind. Copy, visuals, and any preview content may change or disappear as the product takes shape. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this pre-launch site.

## Intellectual property

The InCharacter name, wordmark, copy, and design are ours. Joining the waitlist grants no licence to use them.

## Changes

We may update these terms as the product develops; the date at the top reflects the latest version. When the product itself launches, it will come with its own terms of service, which will govern actual use from that point.
